focuses on coordinating the data migration (DM) activities of a manufacturing or commercial site, under the steer of the
central team DM Lead.
This role is working with a team of central data experts who are responsible for the data preparation activities (cleansing &
enrichment) using the central team DM technical platform, tools, and governance framework.
This role is pivotal and requires lots of agilities since it sits in the middle of the site business team and is the main point of
contact for the central data team.
The individual must be capable of managing conflicting priorities in a challenging
environment at a very fast pace.
**Responsibilites**
- Work hand-in-hand with the central Data Migration lead on the planned activities to deliver on time, quality & budget;
- Is accountable to ensure that the site data team is following the plan agreed with the central team;
- Is an advocate of the central team Data Migration methodology;
- Will identify all the data sources and how its data will be sourced from;
- If the data doesn't exist in any source system or tool, is accountable to find where, how and who is going to source/manage this data;
- Complete accountability for data preparation progress;
- Can potentially own some tasks where relevant so the individual must be operational;
- Provide input during data design sessions;
- Contribute to the definition of data cleansing rules;
- Prepare and validate data;
- Owns the data validation and reconciliation process end-to end which includes;
- The identification of the business staff who will check and sign off the data;
- The identification of the exhaustive list of control check that will stress the data;
- Supervise the creation, maintenance, and approval of the project documentation;
- Provide updates, monitor progress and report issues and risks to the central team;
- Run weekly operational meetings with the wider data team (called L5 meetings), ensure active participation from his/her team, share minute;
**Qualifications/Personal Attributes**
- Availibility to work in a hybrid work model at our site in Raposo Tavares;
- Advanced English;
- Understands how data "influences" the business processes in the current system (JDE);
- Wide very strong network within the local business and remote Reckitt sites;
- Good IT acumen/very comfortable with IT systems overall;
- Project management experience;
- SAP project implementation in a global environment;
- Ownership, commitment, pro-activity, resilience, and problem solving focused are the main 5 key soft skills;
- Experience of managing stakeholders at all levels across the organisation and very agile with them;
- Ability to influence individuals outside own reporting lines;
- Determined and resilient to identify resolutions to issues within own span of control.
