**PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**
The role of Data Management and Landscape Transformation (DMLT) within SAP is to work with our national and international customers in strategy of their business and technological transformation requirements. The solution portfolio ranges from one-day expert engagement to long-term customer projects. The scope varies from complex restructurings, consolidations, migrations, to system decommissioning for both, SAP, and non-SAP environments in combination with DMLT owned software. SAP's new flagship S/4HANA is increasing the demand to our solutions tremendously.
To facilitate this strategy, Adoption Services Center is looking for professionals in all areas of SAP systems with a some functional & development background. We are looking for a team member in our Technical Consolidation team. A major task will be to translate customer's business requirement in DMLT delivery pieces.
**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**
**Main tasks would be**:
- Provide consulting services: demonstrate the ability to set up and deliver "DMLT projects" (collaborate with the planning, run, and participate in the whole project, participate in workshops, meetings, etc.) in collaboration with other consulting and development colleagues.
- Configure the DMLT Tool for migrations or transformations in customer systems.
- Support scoping analyses and support to plan the required solution approach for Customers.
- Maintain and contribute to service development (enhance SLO tools & services).
**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Recent University degree (or in final semester) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Industrial Engineering with no more than 3 years of experience.
- Have analytical and logical skills.
- Critical thinking, oriented to details & problem-solving skills.
- Minimum or Basic knowledge of ERP implementation.
- Some knowledge in programming languages, debugging and interfaces.
- Basic knowledge of main process, Master Data, Organizational Structure data structure (main tables and fields and their relationship) is a plus.
- Accountability to learn about SAP solutions and respective industry business process.
**Interpersonal skills and competencies**:
- Excellent written and spoken and English is mandatory, Spanish is a plus.
- University degree (graduated is a plus).
- Availability to travel. (10% - 30%).
- Experience working in international customer projects is a plus.
- High customer focus and business impact.
- Team player, work in a collaborative manner, proactive networking attributes, results,
and execution focus.
- High drive & self-starter/-motivated.
**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- Good to have some technical DB knowledge and Operating System, any programming language (Ex: React, Phyton, etc.).
- Analytics area: Understanding on DB and Data Schema/Analysis.
- Interfaces, if have some knowledge in data migration and conversion projects is a plus.
