Job Code: 998904987 Position: SAP HR Specialist Technology/Module, Business Process, Specialization: SAP-HR Central Employee, Payroll, E-Learning, Compensation, People Analytics Job Title: Senior SAP HR Consultant (Employee Central, Payroll, E-Learning, Compensation, People Analytics) Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP HR Consultant with deep expertise in Employee Central and Payroll modules, as well as advanced knowledge of E-Learning, Compensation, and People Analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of SAP HR solutions in a global environment. This is a full-time remote contract position requiring good communicaton in Spanish and English, with project supporting customers in Central European Time (CET). This is an opportunity for all consultants from any country, as long as they have good proficiency in Spanish and English. Key Responsibilities: • Employee Central and Payroll: Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Employee Central and Payroll modules, managing core HR processes such as employee data management, payroll processing, and compliance. Customize and integrate the modules to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring seamless workflows for HR operations. Provide expertise in configuring payroll structures, taxes, benefits, deductions, and compensation processes across diverse business units. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance within employee management and payroll systems, in alignment with local and international standards. Collaborate with HR teams to optimize the use of SAP HR tools, aligning them with business needs and best practices. • E-Learning, Compensation, and People Analytics: Lead the design and implementation of E-Learning solutions within SAP HR, supporting employee development programs, certification paths, and training initiatives. Implement the Compensation module, designing effective and equitable compensation strategies that reflect the company's performance management objectives. Utilize People Analytics to extract meaningful insights from HR data, developing advanced reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and enhance workforce planning. Provide strategic HR consulting by interpreting analytics and metrics to help leadership teams make informed business decisions on workforce trends, engagement, and retention. • Client Interaction and Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance, troubleshooting, and long-term support for SAP HR solutions. Participate in client workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into technical SAP HR solutions that address both operational and strategic HR needs. Train and mentor junior consultants and client HR teams on how to effectively use SAP HR modules for optimal business outcomes. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP HR, specializing in Employee Central and Payroll modules. Demonstrated expertise in implementing, configuring, and optimizing E-Learning, Compensation, and People Analytics modules within SAP HR environments. • Industry/Business Expertise: Not required, but familiarity with various industries and business environments is a plus. • Technical and Functional Expertise: Advanced knowledge of SAP HR best practices and module integration. Deep understanding of payroll processing, employee lifecycle management, compensation structures, and training systems. Strong proficiency in HR data analytics, reporting, and creating actionable insights for business improvements. • Language Proficiency: Spanish (Level C1 - Advanced): Required for client communication and project delivery. English (Level C1 - Advanced): Required for internal, client communication and documentation. • Soft Skills: o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and understand business needs. o Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities to resolve complex HR issues. o Ability to work independently and in collaboration with virtual teams across different time zones. Job Details: Location: Remote (open to any country where the consultant speaks Spanish) Client Time Zone: Central European Time (CET) / UTC 5 Daylight Saving Time (until October 27, 2024) Hiring Type: Contractor (Full-time allocation) Project Duration: 6 months Expected Weekly Hours: 40 hours Work Schedule: Standard working hours in CET (UTC 5 Daylight Saving Time till 27th October 2024) Why Join Us?
