About the team: SAP Mission Control Center Business Down Backoffice team is responsible to be the front line helping customers on critical situations that are considered as business down situations.
Business Down Backoffice is a very technical team that deals with priority 1 incidents and/or critical cases as priority 2.
What you'll do: Position Title: Business Down Backoffice intern Location: São Leopoldo, RS Expected start date to end date: November, 2024 In this role, you'll: • Develop the staffing process on a weekly basis; • Control and manage the allocation of resources into Backoffice; • Collaborate with colleagues aiming accomplishing MCC projects.
