**About the team**:
The Customer Enablement Center - Cloud Success Services is engaged in the Adopt-Consume-Expand areas of the Customer Success LACE operating model.
We will provide proactive and prescriptive offerings to our customers (internal, external, and indirect) focused on maximizing efficiency and effectiveness of how we run, which translates into a more consistent and dynamic experience for our customers.
Our intent is to be intelligent, innovative, agile, and drive the interlock across the enterprise to ensure that we fuel the intelligence and harness the power of data across the enterprise.
We will operate harmoniously across the teams to detect patterns and opportunities to maximize our value drivers to deliver positive business outcomes for all our customers, in a seamless manner
**In this role, you'll**:
Support various areas in the Customer Enablement Center - Cloud Success Services organization with planning, preparation, execution and improvement of our offerings, such as:
- Orchestrate one consistent onboarding experience.
- Provide enablement to drive customer success.
- Optimize solution consumption by guiding the customers' understanding of their solutions, features and functionalities.
- Deliver scalable and simplified on-demand services for customer-facing roles.
**Who you are**:
- Undergraduate student in Communication, Design, Business, Information Technology or related areas, to be concluded in approximately 24 months 2014/1.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Spanish is an advantage.
- Communication and design skills required.
Analytical, processual and management skills desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple and diverse tasks, presential and virtual, global and regional, individual and collaborative, recurrent and punctual, end-to-end and as part of process.
- Experience with development of dashboards and reports, design of content and images, editing of audio and video, coordination of customer events is a differential.
