**What you'll do**:
**Position title**: SAP iXp Intern - Customer Engagement Support (hybrid)
**Location**:São Leopoldo, Brazil - hybrid
Support the Customer Engagement Support (CES) team, with various activities, such as:
- Monitor different entry channels, considering urgency and priority, and distribute the workload among the dispatchers, ensuring balance and accomplishment; check the requests, following specific process guidelines and evaluating relevant information, and dispatch them to the adequate processors.
- Manage service requests, engaging with SAP customers, partners and service delivery colleagues; verify booking requisites, such as the system data from watch alerts, to create service orders.
- Support new colleagues with enablement sessions and contribute to improve the training materials; participate actively in meetings, providing input for leaders' and topic experts' decisions.
**What you bring**:
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Undergraduate student in Business, Information Technology or related areas, to be concluded in approximately 24 months (2026/2).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a must and Spanish is an advantage.
- Passionate for customer success.
- Communicative, relational and managerial skills required. Procedural, analytical and automation skills desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple and diverse tasks, presential and virtual, global and regional, individual and collaborative, recurrent and punctual, end-to-end and as part of process.

We deliver scalable and simplified services covering all customer segments, engagement models and solution areas.
Our focus lies on monitoring customer health, performing life-cycle management, and supporting strategic improvement initiatives. To get the most out of their entitlement, we empower and guide our customers. We build the bridge between the front and the customer to the center and other units within SAP, closing gaps in knowledge, acting as experts, partners, and coaches. In Customer Engagement Support, we actively contribute to the Customer Value Journey. Our goal is to improve customer health, satisfaction, and to foster our customers' success in the cloud.
