**What you'll do**:
**Position title**:SAP IXP Intern - I&CX Sales and Service Cloud Support
**Location**:São Leopoldo, RS, Brazil - hybrid (3x per week)
- Provide an outstanding support service to our customers by performing root cause analysis and delivering solutions.
- Support customers via real time channels.
- Create or enhance existing documentation.
- Report system errors to the development teams.
**What you bring**:
- You must be an undergraduate student preferably in IT/Computer Science, Engineering or related areas.
- Advanced English level is required as you will be in contact with global customers and colleagues daily.
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Strong Programming logic.
**Nice to Have**:
- Relational database knowledge.
- Understanding of business processes.
**Meet your team**:
Our Technical Support organization is looking for an intern to join the SAP I&CX Sales and Service Cloud to support our global customers on their Industry solutions.
In our support team you will have the opportunity to learn a vast range of technical topics as well as business processes
