**What you'll do**:
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Product Support
Location: São Leopoldo, Brazil
**In this role, you'll**:
- You will help ensuring SAP customers' systems and environments remain operational, accessible, secure and adequately integrated in their landscapes, as well as assist them in solving associated issues.
- You will help delighting SAP customers by analyzing and resolving known errors, by referring to SAP's collective knowledge repositories, solved customer incidents, official documentation and checking the configuration.
- You will share knowledge by creating Knowledge Base Articles, exchanging experiences, and discussing solutions with colleagues and collaborating in forums.
- You will learn many technical and business-related topics through classroom training, remote training sessions, mentoring and e-learning offerings.
- You will monitor and enable SLA fulfillment via queue monitoring.
- When needed, you will report errors to development teams.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of product and configuration issues.
- Close cooperation with other Product Support teams and Development Support.
**Who you are**:
- Self-motivated, proactive and solution-oriented University Students currently enrolled to an IT related course with at least 2 years until graduation.- Ability to troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis and work in business-critical issues while managing own time effectively is key.
- Can-Do attitude, Customer focus, strong communication skills (oral/written) and flexible approach to working in global teams.
- Basic knowledge in SQL/database architecture, network protocols, operating systems (Unix/Windows) and SAP products would be beneficial.
- Desirable knowledge in Information Security, cryptography, performance tuning at OS level, computer programming and debugging.
