**What you'll do**:
**Position title**: SAP iXp Intern - Product Support S/4HANA Procurement
**Location**: São Leopoldo, RS- Brazil (hybrid)
- Support the team with monitoring of incoming incidents, queue management and other activities.
- Enable customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions efficiently by providing state-of-the-art support services
- Analyze and resolve reported incidents by means of knowledge databases and/or verifying customizing entries or hardware parameters
- Root Cause Analysis of reported incidents
- Incident deflection (productizing knowledge, moderating forums, knowledge sharing, etc.)
- Participation in global projects around support processes, infrastructure requirements and quality assurance
- Report errors to Development
- Provide consulting for customers on procedural issues and queries

- University students enrolled in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related areas
- Knowledge in Object Oriented Programming (Java, C++, ABAP/4, Python, Javascript, etc.)
is desirable
- Knowledge in SAP ERP Business Processes would be a benefit
- Good customer focus and communication skills (oral/written)
- Problem solving/analytical skills
- Advanced in English

Intern position to work with S/4HANA Procurement at SAP Product Support.
We are looking for a Support intern who is driven by a desire to provide outstanding customer service.
The primary responsibility is to assist the team in daily tasks and organizations.
The intern will also be involved in helping resolving our customer's issues related to the implementation, deployment, functionality, and usage of SAP Products.
The intern will need the ability to support complex environments that include a variety of operating systems, platforms, and databases.
