**What you'll do**:
**Position Title**: SAP iXp Intern - Project Communications Specialist
**Location**: São Leopoldo, RS (hybrid)
- Create and design (from concept to delivery) captivating promotional materials and multimedia communications, such as digital banners, infographics, social media posts, videos, and more, for our internal audiences.
- Ensure that all internal communications are delivered in accordance with the company branding and voice.
- Ensure alignment of project communications with organizational objectives and messaging.
- Measure and analyze communication success metrics to improve communications performance.
**What you bring**:
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in projects.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills to engage diverse teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with effective time management and prioritization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive); SharePoint is a plus.
- Basic graphic design skills; experience with Adobe Illustrator or Figma is a plus.
- Experience with video production software like Premiere Pro is beneficial.
- Strategic thinking and ability to handle cross-functional, multi-timezone feedback.
- Receptive to and proactively seeks feedback.
- Capability to manage and track project timelines independently.
