The BPM team guides SAP account executives and presales engineers in preparing the response documents to win business for SAP.
What you'll do: Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – Proposal Associate
In this role, you'll: Plan and execute the RFx document creation and delivery. Organize, manage and prioritize tasks and timelines for projects to meet and manage deadlines. Create document response templates and establish document SharePoint/MS Teams spaces for collaboration on deal-specific bids. Develop and manage the proposal response timeline/schedule from RFx release through submission. Lead kick-off calls and periodic touchpoints with sales leads and VAT members. Track and monitor deadlines and issue reminders to contributors. Manage VAT members through completion of their assigned activities. Update workload tracking records and upload final responses to archives. As we are a cross-regional team working across both Latin and North America, fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is imperative.

Education / Skills Requirements: Current university student with a graduation date for December 2026 or later. Exceptionally organized individual with a high attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Advanced MS Word and working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Eager to learn, take initiative, and have an interest in project management. High level of commitment to work and meeting deadlines. Teamwork and collaboration. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with good written and oral skills.
