What you'll do: Position Title : SAP iXP Intern Technical Support Intern – I&CX Sales and Service Cloud (Platform) Location : São Leopoldo, RS You will help delight SAP customers by analyzing and resolving known errors.
You will do it by means of Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), solved customer cases, documentation, or verifying customized entries.
You will share knowledge by creating KBAs, discussing solutions with colleagues, and participating in forums.
You will learn a lot of technical and business topics through classroom training, remote training sessions, mentoring, and e-Learning trainings.
When needed, you will report errors to development teams.
Support our customers via real time channels (Chat, Phone, etc.).
What you bring: You must be an undergraduate student in IT/Computer Science, Engineering, or related areas (from the 2nd semester or to be graduated in approximately 24 months).
English: Advanced level is required (oral and written).
You will be in contact with customers and colleagues globally via email, cases, and phone.
Ability in troubleshooting issues in SaaS, root cause analysis.
