What you'll do:
You will help delight SAP customers by analyzing and resolving known errors.
You will do it by means of Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), solved customer cases, documentation, or verifying customized entries.
You will share knowledge by creating KBAs, discussing solutions with colleagues, and participating in forums.
You will learn a lot of technical and business topics through classroom training, remote training sessions, mentoring, and e-Learning trainings.
When needed, you will report errors to development teams.
What you bring:
You must be an undergraduate student in IT/Computer Science, Engineering, or related areas (from the 2nd semester or to be graduated in approximately 24 months).
English: Advanced level is required (oral and written).
You will be in contact with customers and colleagues globally via email, cases, and phone.
Ability in troubleshooting issues in SaaS, root cause analysis.

Together with other teams in our AMER location, we form the Industries & Customer Experience portfolio, with a total of 60 experts supporting products like Commerce Cloud, Customer Data Cloud, Emarsys Customer Engagement, Marketing Cloud, Field Service Management, and CRM Marketing.
