**What you'll do**:
**Position Title**: SAP iXp Intern - TS I&CX Executive Support
**Location**: São Leopoldo, RS
- Be part of the Communication Crew of the TS I&CX Executive Office working on presentations & internal communications;
- Creativity and design skills;
- Provide administrative support for global Head of TS I&CX including calendar management, planning and scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, submitting expense reports and preparing presentations;
- Organization and scheduling of internal events (including managing agendas);
- Create purchase orders;
- Reception and distribution of documents;
- Serve as moderator for meetings and events;
- Assist theTS I&CX Executive Office with different tasks;
- Provide support in all ongoing projects and initiatives
**What you bring**:
- Executive secretary, administration, communication, marketing, public relations, or related fields degrees in course are preferable (2th semester or later or two years to graduation);
- Knowledge in Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written);
- Attention to detail and high motivation;
- Collaborative & Team worker.
- No previous experience required, but a year of previous experience in the role is a plus
**Meet your team**:
The intern will work with the Technical Support Industries & Customer Experience (TS I&CX) Executive Office and will assist with various administrative tasks.
The intern will have the opportunity to work on global projects inside TS I&CX as needed.
