ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The ASC Cloud ERP Delivery @ Scale is an organization that provides remote/onsite SAP consulting services to SAP customers. It is a global team with centers in EMEA, India, Greater China, North America, and Latin America.
We are growing our organization to expand our delivery capabilities within the Latin American region focusing on the Brazil market. Our desire is to provide SAP's customers access to the best global network of consultants with expertise in SAP's latest technologies. The ASC Cloud ERP Delivery @ Scale is a sophisticated Service & Knowledge organization providing unique capabilities to SAP's customers on their implementations of innovation products, mainly S/4HANA and DRC.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To address customer requirements in logistics areas for cross industries.
Provide remote/onsite SAP consulting services to key SAP customers on innovation products, mainly S/4HANA and DRC.
Proceed with IMG configuration, design/execute implementation packages (e.g. RDS´s, Best practices implementation guides).
Build competencies at our organization to deliver solutions to Customers.
Understand complex business scenarios and propose SAP standard solutions or workarounds.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
Be actively involved in the preparation, exploration, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage exploration workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
Gain expertise in S4HANA Logistics and DRC.
Provide creative ideas/solutions to address customer issues.
Deliver billable components that meet a customer's needs.
Execution of innovation portfolio serving as primary contact from SAP service areas to deploy and implement solutions.
Ensure standard solution usage whenever possible and provide workarounds when SAP standard solutions do not fit customer scenarios.
Evaluate affected processes and scenarios. Ensure proper validation of solutions implemented by granting minimum test case scenarios execution.
Get involved with customer scenarios, understand business needs, and discuss best approaches to help them.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Knowledge of MM standard and localized scenarios (e.g.: Subcontracting, Third Party Purchasing) as well as SD/MM scenarios (Transference between plants).
Knowledge of Brazilian localization, main tax concepts, and Brazilian needs for NFe and reporting.
Knowledge of tax procedure TAXBRA, tax codes setup, and main configuration for MM processes.
Knowledge of NF-e incoming standard solution and SAP NFE Incoming Automation framework.
Experience developing/deploying as MM resource on projects and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desired but not mandatory:
EWM experience.
Knowledge of DRC.
Knowledge of ABAP programming (debugging).
Knowledge of SAP Signavio.
Background on SAP Solution Manager Topics (functionalities & tools).
Education:
Bachelor in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar.
LOCATION:
São Leopoldo – Rio Grande do Sul (hybrid work mode).
WORK AREA:
Solution Delivery Center.
EXPECTED TRAVEL:
Up to 30%.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
English – Fluent in both spoken and written English (Mandatory).
Portuguese - Fluent in both spoken and written Portuguese (Mandatory).
Spanish – Good and effective in spoken Spanish (Optional).
EMPLOYMENT TYPE:
