Responsibilities include stakeholder communication, risk management, quality assurance, and post-implementation support.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning:Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Identify and mitigate project risks.Set KPIs to monitor project progress.Project Execution:Lead cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.Monitor and ensure adherence to project plans.Resolve project issues and manage scope changes.Stakeholder Communication:Maintain open communication with project stakeholders.Provide regular updates, status reports, and presentations.Manage expectations and act as the primary project contact.Resource Management:Allocate resources to meet project requirements.Collaborate with resource managers to ensure skilled personnel availability.Quality Assurance:Ensure quality of SAP deliverables and implement best practices.Conduct regular quality reviews and address deviations.Budget and Cost Management:Monitor expenses and manage project finances.Identify opportunities for cost savings.Change Management:Develop strategies to minimize disruptions during SAP implementations.Facilitate end-user training and adoption.Post-Implementation Support:Transition projects to support and maintenance teams.Conduct post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration).Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager or similar role.Strong knowledge of SAP systems and modules.Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
