Responsible for handling tickets Maintain response time and ticket handling within SLA CR's service Agile projects. Responsible for non-ticket activities such as auditing, monitoring, etc. Ideal if you have: Advance English/Spanish(Global Team). Experience with SAP . Good verbal and written communication skills, deal with client stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication to address their issues and to keep them updated on related SAP SD projects SAP SD Configurations, Requirement gathering, Testing, and Hypercare support.
