Sap Sd/Otc Consultant

RED Global is looking for an SD OTC Consultant for a 6 month contract, ideally the candidate can go onsite during critical stages.
• Duration: 6 Month extendable • Language: Portuguese and English • Start date: ASAP Duties: The role is responsible of day today workload activity coming from different sources in form of incidents requests and project tasks.
Responsible for managing outcomes and result.
Independently handle and resolve inquiries from national and international users related to the SAP SD module and Order to Cash process OTC.
Analyze customer requirements and incident reports Within L2 support scope configure and customize SAP SD solutions based on business needs.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless support reflecting IT organization and responsibilities.
Be up to date on solution directions by architecture as well as design team and advise the customers accordingly.
Translate nontechnical requirements into technical business requirements Required skills: • 8 years of experience in the described area of responsibilities preferably in automotive industry • Strong knowledge of configuration customizing of Order to Cash process OTC with focus on SAP Sales and Distribution SD Additional knowledge in other SAP modules MM WM QM PP PM would be beneficial • Experience with customs requirements including confirmation of arrival.
• Experience to work in a SAP support role and communicate well with global regional IT teams internal customers and suppliers.
