SAP service management - Contract 12 months contract - PJThe ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for:Gathering, organizing and documenting business user requirementsDesigning, building, testing, deploying and supporting SAP and non SAP systems and solutions according to specifications and schedules while meeting quality requirements.maintaining an in depth understanding of all our business processes and requirements as it relates to configuring SAP ECC 6.0 end it's integration with other SAP componentsresolving day-to-day user system support issues related to system functionality, performance, efficiency and availability of production systems within area of responsibilitySAP service management SM required experience:Have good interpersonal listening verbal and written communication skillsEnjoy working within a team While processing a strong independent work ethicindustry background and strong functional understanding of repair depot and service center processes service order repair orders, warranty/warranty claims and service contractshave a minimum of five years of hands on experience in implementing and supporting SAPhave experience in configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and its integration with the rest of the SAP components such as finance (FI), Controlling (CO) , logistics (SD, MM, PP), supply chain (SCM) trade compliance (GTS) and reporting analytics (BI)Have demonstrated experienced as a key contributor to multiple end to end SAP implementation projects.Employment duration: 12 months Expected onboarding date: October 2024Expertise level: Specialist/ Senior consultant Alocation type: they will be part of ongoing project team responsible for supporting and implementing SAP service solutions for client's service businessWork Modality: Remote WorkLanguage: Fluent englishResumes in English
