Sap Service Manager

SAP service management - Contract 12 months contract - PJ The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for: Gathering, organizing and documenting business user requirements Designing, building, testing, deploying and supporting SAP and non SAP systems and solutions according to specifications and schedules while meeting quality requirements.
maintaining an in depth understanding of all our business processes and requirements as it relates to configuring SAP ECC 6.0 end it's integration with other SAP components resolving day-to-day user system support issues related to system functionality, performance, efficiency and availability of production systems within area of responsibility SAP service management SM required experience: Have good interpersonal listening verbal and written communication skills Enjoy working within a team While processing a strong independent work ethic industry background and strong functional understanding of repair depot and service center processes service order repair orders, warranty/warranty claims and service contracts have a minimum of five years of hands on experience in implementing and supporting SAP have experience in configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and its integration with the rest of the SAP components such as finance (FI), Controlling (CO) , logistics (SD, MM, PP), supply chain (SCM) trade compliance (GTS) and reporting analytics (BI) Have demonstrated experienced as a key contributor to multiple end to end SAP implementation projects.
