SAP Software Quality Manager - Test Manager Job Type: CLT or Subcontract Location: 100% on-site in São Leopoldo, RS Project Duration: 12 months Language: Fluent English Job Description: Lead a team of manual testers to ensure the quality of our software. Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts such as test data, data validation, and automated scripts. Collaborate with the development team to understand product changes and develop appropriate testing strategies. Identify, record, thoroughly document, and track bugs. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. Liaise with internal teams (developers and product managers) to identify system requirements. Monitor debugging process results. Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies. Requirements and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of software quality control methodologies, tools, and processes. Proven track record of leading manual software quality assurance teams. Hands-on experience in test automation. Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus. Academic background in IT or Business. Advanced English. Residence in the South region of Brazil. Additional Information: The candidate must reside in the South region of Brazil, preferably in the Porto Alegre area. Advanced English is essential. The candidate must be available to work on-site.
