**PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**
A key service for customers during operations phase at SAP is the SAP ECS - Cloud Application Services (SAP CAS).
The mission of SAP CAS is to maximize customer success in the run phase of SAP software lifecycle by taking over responsibility for smooth end to end operations and lowering customers total cost of operation.
Our Delivery Center is planning to enhance its capacities for professional delivery management of on-premise, cloud or hybrid customer engagements and is offering the position for a "SAP Application Consultant - SAP Success Factors".
**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**
- Be accountable for advisory and adoption on SAP Business Technology Platform use cases
- Implementation of use cases (through code, architecture, tutorials) to achieve business outcomes
- Support development & integration work of SAP Business Technology Platform with hyperscaler services
**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience**Required skills**
- Subject matter expertise in cloud native software development including but not limited to:
- Hands-on development experience with SAP Business Technology Platform
- Proficiency in at least one of the core platform capabilities:
- Integration Suite (SAP Cloud Platform Integration, SAP API Management, Event Mesh)
- Extension Suite (Cloud Foundry, Kyma, Workflow Management, iRPA, Fiori, UI5)
- Data Management & Analytics (SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA)
- Experience with hyperscaler service integration (Microsoft Azure, AWS, and/or GCP)
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, Node.js, ABAP)
- Proficiency in agile software development and lifecycle management best practices (GitHub, CI/CD, tests)
- Understanding of systems and infrastructure engineering (such as network technologies) is a plus
- Excellent communication & presentation skills in English
- Excellent team player, collaborator and a proactive can-do attitude
- Ability to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team (remote)
- Ability to establish solid working relationships with clients.
- Professional communication and social interaction
- Native Portuguese speaking.
Fluent in English.
Advanced in Spanish.
**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- A minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Awareness of global cultural differences; previous work experience in a multi-national environment preferred
