With students and staff from 30 nations and diverse backgrounds, we foster an inclusive learning environment that promotes global citizenship and values diversity.Position: Marketing AnalystApplication Deadline: December 10, 2024Start Date: December 16, 2024Main Responsibilities:Plan and implement marketing campaigns focused on admissions, enrollment, and student retention, highlighting the school's programs, culture, and achievements.Develop strategies and actions to generate qualified leads with a focus on admissions and enrollment.Conduct data collection, monitoring, and analysis of indicators related to the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, proposing continuous improvements to optimize results.Create content for digital platforms (the school's communication channels) and promotional materials (social media posts, Meta and Google Ads, brochures, magazines, etc.).Conduct market research to identify trends, understand the target audience, and gain insights for strategic decisions.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent writing skills.Knowledge in graphic design.At least 3 years of professional experience in marketing.Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.Experience in web design, video editing, and photography is a plus.Ability to work in an international school environment and connect with diverse cultures.Alignment with the school's mission and sensitivity to cultural diversity.Work Schedule: 44 hours per week.
