What you will do Kenvue is recruiting a Scientist for R&D Analytical to be based in São José dos Campos, Brazil or Cali, Colombia.
This individual will be part of analytical team on LATAM Essential Health (EH) and Skin Health (SH) projects.
The major responsibilities include supporting activities such as defining the analytical development and stability strategy, execution planning, timing, resource requirements and interdependencies to complete the project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities Support analytical/stability strategy and guarantee high technical rigors for all deliverables from analytical/stability team of projects and processes applied to Analytical R&D for Innovation Pipeline and Life Cycle Management of products in existing portfolio for LATAM.
Main activities related to this job include, but are not limited to: • Test Method Development • Test Method Validation and Transfer to Quality Control Labs • Stability Studies to support new product development / existing products changes • Interface / leadership of global and regional initiatives, driving impact to the business • Lead analytical investigations, troubleshooting and out of specification results • Write, review and/or approve technical documents related to test method validation/transfers in compliance with policies and procedures • Follow safety and quality requirements to work in a laboratory environment • Assessment of internal processes identifying opportunities and implementing improvements such as: organization of activities, redistribution of tasks, reduction of lead time and rework.
What we are looking for Required Qualifications: • Education: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemistry Engineering or Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
MBA or master's/PhD degree will be considered as a differential.
• At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/chemical industry in Analytical environment, preferably as R&D Scientist/Analyst • A strong analytical background in HPLC, UPLC, GC and other analytical techniques are required.
• Experience with method validation and analytical transfer are required.
• Experience with stability studies is highly desirable.
• Advanced level of English is required.
