What you will do
The Scientist is responsible for planning and conducting moderately complex experiments, analyzing and interpreting results, and keeping accurate records of work undertaken.
You will also provide solutions to problems of moderate complexity and conduct technical implementation of changes in existing Skin Health products.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct technical implementation of changes in existing Skin Health products.
Manage complexity reduction focused on reliability and improved consumer experience providing solutions to technical challenges.
Lead investigation processes and troubleshooting during initial and post launch phases, analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to draw meaningful conclusions and insights.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines while conducting research and preparing technical reports, manuscripts, and other documents that record data or results.
Analyze data and highly complex situations involving the evaluation of tangible and identifiable variables to arrive at creative and effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Generate, coordinate and compile documentation for registration process being aligned with ANVISA guidelines or other possible regulatory agencies.
Ensures compliance with Quality procedures, regulatory requirements, and stay current on GMP.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineer or related areas.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, organizational, interpersonal and influencing skills.
Intermediate English skills.
Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience in product development or related areas.
