Role Overview Adore Sports is looking for a part-time, remote Football Scout to join our team. The role involves identifying and evaluating football talent, preparing detailed scouting reports, and building strong relationships with clubs, agents, and players. The ideal candidate will help drive the recruitment process and contribute to the career development of emerging talent. Key Responsibilities Identify and assess promising football talent across various leagues and competitions. Prepare detailed scouting reports, including performance insights and video analysis. Build and maintain strong relationships with clubs, coaches, agents, and players. Collaborate with the Adore Sports team to align scouting efforts with recruitment needs. Monitor market trends and provide insights to support player representation and transfer strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in talent identification, player evaluation, and report generation. Deep understanding of the football industry, including player markets and transfer dynamics. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a track record of working with clubs, agents, or football academies. Demonstrated experience in talent scouting, player recruitment, or similar roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
