Scrum Master (+2 Years Of Experience)

We are looking for a Scrum Master with the following requirements:
**Requirements**:

- Minimum of +2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead;
- Scrum Master certified;
- Agile principles & Agile frameworks (good understanding of Scrum, XP, Kanban);
- Agile Estimating & Planning;
- Scrum ceremonies and artifacts;
Agile Practices related to Software Engineering:

- Automated Testing techniques;
- Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment;
- Test Driven Development;
Metrics:

- Velocity vs Productivity;
- Tools: Jira/Confluence;
- Support the Product Owner for effective product backlog management, understand product planning in a given environment, ensure the PO arranges his/her backlog in a way; that maximizes the delivery of value;
- Identify and proactively remove impediments, be they technical, organizational or people related;
- Act as an internal coach to the team, leading them to become fully agile, self-organized and to be at their best;
- Experience in development (valued);
- Great communication, analysis and listening skills;
- Software Craftsmanship's;
Ideally, you'll also have:

- Great team spirit, independency, pleasant attitude, great openness, and curiosity to learn;
- Duration: Contract for 12 Months (Minimum);
- Localization: Hybrid, Lisbon.
