The ideal candidate will demonstrate operational excellence, project management adaptability, and a deep understanding of the technologies and solutions the team is tasked with maintaining and supporting.+5 years of experience as a Scrum Master / Project Manager;Proven experience as a Scrum Master and Project Manager in software development, working on complex projects with teams of 5 to 15 people;Strong understanding and experience in Agile and Kanban; Certifications in Scrum (CSM, PSM) and/or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2);Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills;Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with great attention to detail;Proficient in software and project management tools;Benefits of working at SevenAppsPJ Contract: salary range: 4k USD;Periodic salary review: review every 6 months;15 days off: paid rest for 15 days a year;Flexible hours: work at the time you feel most productive;International immersion: international culture with projects outside Brazil;Referral bonus: help us bring the best devs to our team.Make your story here!Come be part of the SevenApps community and evolve as a professional.
