What does your job look like?
The PM/PO is a leader who drives the adoption of the agile mindset and the correct application of the framework among all those involved. Responsible for planning and facilitating all Scrum events, guiding and coaching Agile teams to drive communication, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Main responsibilities:
Ensure that the framework is understood and adhered to within the team.
Plan and facilitate Scrum events (sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, sprint reviews).
Help release impediments that cannot be resolved by the team, facilitating conversation and the decision-making process.
Guide the team in self-organization and help work on continuous improvement.
Communicate at different levels in a timely and assertive manner to support the team.
What you need to succeed in this role:
Experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a similar position, managing projects, using Agile/Scrum frameworks, concepts and practices. Master SCRUM, Lean, preferably be certified.
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment and transparency.
Understanding of incremental delivery and the value of metrics.
Know techniques for product design (inception, design sprint, etc.).
Learn about other Kanban, Escalation, XP frameworks.
IT expertise and a true sense of dedication.
