We are looking for

Scrum Master for Londrina (Onsite)

who wants to learn and transform his career

Must Have:
3+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master;
Strong understanding of agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean and SAFe;
Excellent communication and facilitation skills;
Ability to identify and resolve complex problems;
Experience with Scrum project management tools (JIRA and AZURE DevOps).
Professional Scrum Master I Certification

Good to Have:

Experience as a Scrum Master in the insurance segment;
Professional Scrum Master II Certification;
SAFe certification.
