Join the leadership of the US Digital Web Team of a large multinational financial company Skills/Experience:· 4+ years' proven experience as SCRUM MASTER (Mandatory!!!)· 6+ years' experience in project management/ IT delivery management· Experience with ServiceNow and Jira· Proficiency with techniques on risk management· Broad knowledge in Agile and Waterfall methodologies· Strong Leadership of Agile teamsNice to Have· Experience with Microsoft Project Server· Knowledge and understanding of SDLC· PMP or Agile/Scrum certification (or formal project management training)Activitvities / Responsabilities· Drive delivery, Facilitate Agile processes,· Manage & Schedule Change/Releases,· Manage Budgets, Plan & Forecasting in project server· Ensure SDLC documentation is adhered to and approved appropriately· Monitor progress of deliverables, quality, identifying risks, issues and escalation with appropriate leadershipENGLISH – AVANCED (PROFESSIONAL) / FLUENT (must!!)
