We are looking for a buyer to work in Indirect Purchasing, with experience on Services, Digital and Investments Purchasing, having a graduation preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or other relevant disciplines. You will be challenged to make sure that the segment business plan is implemented through the selection of the right suppliers, and to continuously secure the best supplier QDCFTSR performance (Quality, Delivery, Cost, Feature, Technology, Sustainability and Risk Management) during production and after production for Revenue segments. In addition, you will also be the Purchasing interface towards Stakeholders and Suppliers on your segments during the entire Sourcing phases and will have the End-to-End business responsibility on your scope as well. Responsibilities:Continuously evaluate the performance of the current supply base and potential new suppliers through high-quality relationships, in terms of cost, quality, delivery, features, technology while ensuring Volvo's long-term multifaceted sustainability and managing risks.Lead, negotiate and execute all sourcing activities to the defined project timelines and approved sourcing strategies.Issue RFQ's, negotiate an optimal cost level for areas of responsibility and carry out Contract negotiations and management.Develop new segment strategies and lead the execution of actions agreed in these strategies.Monitor market and technology developments in this commodity and address changes through the strategies.Collaborate with global counterparts and internal stakeholders in order to get the best possible results for Volvo group.Manage supplier portfolio in terms of cost, quality, delivery, features, technology while ensuring Volvo's long-term multifaceted sustainability and managing risk.Requirements:Large purchasing experience.Strong computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP Ariba).Knowledge of Indirect and Services Categories (Facilities – Catering, Cleaning, Security, Maintenance, Waste Management).Knowledge of, or interest in the automotive industry.Entrepreneurial thinking (Accountability).Negotiation skills and drive to look for cost improvement opportunities.Lean Thinking.Great communication skills and positive mindset with high energy.Strong interest in developing relationships with stakeholders and team.Ability to independently drive and complete tasks through project management.Strategic understanding and thinking.Adaptability and Agility.Results oriented.Honesty and integrity.
