ABOUT THE ROLE The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a crucial role in generating qualified leads and driving new business growth for SHEIN Marketplace. The SDR will be responsible for prospecting potential customers from provided lists, engaging in outbound outreach, and qualifying leads and assisting opening the account. This role will be based in our office in São Paulo/Faria Lima. Responsabilities: ? Lead Generation: Actively prospect potential customers from provided lists, primarily focused on regions of expansion as well as the warm up of existing leads in the database. ? Outbound Outreach: Utilize various communication channels (e.g., email, phone, social media) to reach out to potential customers and generate interest in SHEIN Marketplace. ? Lead Qualification: Engage in qualifying conversations with potential customers to assess their needs, budget, and decision-making authority. ? Data Management: Accurately record and update lead information in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. ? Pipeline Development: Contribute to the development of a healthy sales pipeline by identifying and nurturing potential opportunities. ? Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and provide necessary information for successful sales presentations. Qualifications: ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. ? Excellent organizational and time management abilities. ? Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant sales tools. ? A passion for sales and a drive to achieve results. ? Experience in outbound sales or lead generation is preferred, but not required. ? Intermediary English is preferred, but not mandatory.
