Responsibilities: Engage potential clients through various outbound channels. Execute targeted and personalized email and marketing campaigns. Maintain in-depth knowledge of services, the BPO industry, successful sales methodologies, tools, and industry trends. Have detailed knowledge of prospecting, email, phone, social media, lead generation techniques, LinkedIn trends, and other ways to successfully engage and qualify prospects. Qualify new sales prospects through outbound sequences and schedule introductory/discovery meetings for Sales Directors. Conduct pre-meeting follow-ups with prospects to ensure high attendance levels. Follow up on assigned leads as needed. Achieve monthly goals for qualified prospects and meetings to help Sales Directors meet company revenue targets. Periodically participate in onboarding and new client training calls to ensure continuous understanding of services. Regularly research sales and industry developments, competition, and other topics to stay informed. Requirements: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Previous experience in inside sales/SDR (Minimum 5 years). Related experience in Logistics (Desirable). Previous experience in selling software or industrial equipment (Desirable). Fluent English (with or without an accent, as long as communication is excellent). Functional computer, headset, camera, and microphone that meet client quality requirements. Second Screen (Desirable). Suitable Home Office work environment. Recommended Dress Code: Business Casual.
