This is a leadership, management and sales skills development role to support our global outbound Sales Development Representative team.
In addition to base salary, variable compensation depends on quarterly results with acceleration for over-achievement.

You experiment with new outbound approaches and adapt to changes in the market.

Your primary objective is to manage and mentor a successful team of 2-5 BDRs and maintain a multi-million dollar pipeline.
