**YOUR ROLE **:Sea Logistics Customer Care supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints.
They're the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.
Sea Logistics Customer Care is accountable for maintaining excellent service for our internal and external customers.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Customer Care and Satisfaction: Proactive advice and consultancy, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Shipment Management: Qualification and entry of customer orders into the operational execution process
- Complaint Management
- Customer Onboarding: Inclusion and transfer of customer requirements into the KN systems; Accompanying (initial) customer order
- Customer Data Management: Maintenance and integration of customer data in the KN systems
- Operational Customer Relationship Management: knowledge exchange with the sale; Establishment of an operative customer relationship (sales support)
- Reporting (creating, refining and reviewing reports)
- Coordination with KN Overseas
- Customer Focal Point: Communication point to customers related to quotations, sea logistics and cargo pickup/delivery
- Monitor internal data and customer indicators in accordance with customer expectation, action plan and continuous improvement
- Guide and help the team with less experience
- Meet and respect the values, policies and procedures of Health and Safety, Quality and Environment, as well as the internal rules of the Company eligible for all employees, but specially in this position with regard to the security of the logistics chain or compliance with taxes and customs obligations
**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES**:
- Business Administration (focussed on Foreign Trade), Economic, Law or compatible University Degree
- Sea Logistics experience
- Advanced English skills
