**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management, strategy, or a related field involving partner development or go-to-market initiatives.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently in order to communicate with local external partners.

- Understanding of partner needs and a focus on delivering impactful results.
- Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, global environment and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
