We are on this Transformation journey with a strong focus on people to drive innovation, transformation, and growth.
The Search Manager will work in partnership with the Regional team and the Marketing/eCommerce team to implement and update the continuous Search strategy for the subsidiary, always aligning with the best practices and recommendations from Global and the Regional Team.
Work together with the regional Search team and the agency to define the main keywords to be worked on and develop paid and organic campaigns for Brazil, ensuring alignment with the Search strategy.
Adapt the Search guidelines developed during the campaign planning phase to local needs, adjusting the identified territories and opportunities across different channels.
Collaborate with the legal team when necessary for specific issues.
Work with the Regional Search team, local marketing, eCommerce, and media teams along with the agency to evaluate new opportunities, plan local activations, and special projects to achieve the best possible results.

Share relevant insights and emerging Search trends to update content on the site, e-tailers, and campaign descriptions.
Ensure that the Search budget is allocated and used correctly by working with the agency to set priorities, make cuts, or allocate additional funds if necessary, and coordinate the month-end closing.
Ensure payments to Google (and tools if applicable) are made correctly and on time to avoid campaign suspension which could lead to a drop in performance/relevance.
