ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Bilingual Secretary, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing essential administrative support. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to be the backbone of our office, assisting in various administrative tasks.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
As a Bilingual Secretary, your daily tasks will include:
Administrative Support: Assist in handling general office tasks and responsibilities, while also managing and coordinating schedules and appointments.
Document Management: Maintain and organize physical and digital documents, besides preparing, formating, and printing documents, reports, and correspondence.
Office Management: Ensure office supplies are stocked and orders are placed as needed, also assisting with the organization and coordination of office events and activities.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate for this position has:
Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or in a related role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
