About the role The Offensive Security Analyst will be responsible for identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities in systems, networks, and applications, conducting penetration tests and attack simulations to assess the resilience of the company's infrastructure. This professional will play a key role in anticipating threats, helping the company proactively protect itself against cyberattacks. What You'll do Conduct penetration tests (pentests) on systems, networks, and applications, simulating real attacks to identify vulnerabilities. Develop and execute red team attack simulations to evaluate the organization's defense readiness. Analyze pentest results and propose corrective measures to mitigate identified vulnerabilities. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement security fixes and improvements. Explore new attack techniques and emerging vulnerabilities to keep the company prepared against threats. Create and present detailed technical reports with findings and recommendations to the responsible teams. Monitor threat trends and stay updated on the latest vulnerabilities and exploits. Desired Qualifications & Profiles Experience in penetration testing and attack simulations. In-depth knowledge of tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Kali Linux, Nmap, among others. Experience with methodologies and frameworks such as OWASP, PTES, MITRE ATT&CK. Familiarity with reverse engineering, malware analysis, and fuzzing. Desired certifications: OSCP, CEH, GPEN, or equivalents. Strong analytical skills and the ability to think like an attacker to identify weaknesses.
