The Office of the Chief Security Officer (CSO) team supports SAP's CSO, integrates security processes, owns SAP's security solution portfolio, and drives cross-security initiatives across SAP.What you'll doWe are looking for an experienced Security Architect to drive specific security topics and projects that help improve SAP's overall security posture.
New ideas and views are very much appreciated and expected.The main responsibilities will be:Drive integration of security business processes, including defining security services with an end-to-end security view including KPIs.Drive and support SAP Lines of Businesses (LOBs) to reach global security goals.Drive and support the integration with the BISOs (Business Information Security Officers) of different LOBs, especially in Americas timezone.Drive and support fostering security communities in your location and timezone.Function as a security champion and motivate your virtual team members and other involved teams to be curious and interested in security.What you bring• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related discipline.• Strong experience working in IT Security functions.• Good knowledge in core cybersecurity areas (Secure Development, Risk Management, Enterprise Vulnerability Management, Awareness & Training, Incident Response, Recovery, and other Security-related areas).• Good knowledge of security frameworks and best practices.• Knowledge of development security operations principles.• Strong communication skills (focusing management including L1 leaders, your counterparts in the engineering teams, technical experts, and business).• Security Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CCSP, Security+, etc.
