Seller Governance

Seller Governance: Responsible for ensuring the integrity, compliance, and overall success of the seller ecosystem. This role involves developing and implementing policies, procedures, and initiatives to maintain a fair and efficient marketplace, foster positive seller relationships, and mitigate risks. Responsabilities: > Develop and update seller policies and guidelines in collaboration with legal, compliance, and other relevant stakeholders > Oversee the onboarding process for new sellers, provide educational resources and training to sellers, and ensure they understand and adhere to platform policies > Monitor seller activities to identify and mitigate potential risks such as fraud, counterfeit products, and other violations Requirements: > Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, law, or a related field > Strong understanding of e-commerce, online marketplaces, and seller dynamics > Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards > Self-starter, a fast learner who has critical thinking > English is mandatory, Mandarin is a plus At Shein, we believe that diversity is the force that drives innovation.
