Job Overview
To support the Team in carrying out the responsibilities of the Early Stage Development and Testing Finance and Accounting department.
Responsibilities
Manage payroll processing for three domestic sites in ADPManage payroll reporting, master data and audit requestsPerforms month end close activities, including but not limited to, recurring journal entries, allocation journal entries, prepaid amortization, accrual journal entries and balance sheet reconciliationsManages the general ledger chart of accountsManages corporate and purchasing card application and chargesConcur administratorManage master data for AP vendors and AR clientsDeliver quarterly reporting requirementsSupport Year End AuditOther accounting duties and projects, as required
Qualifications/Skills

Education, Experience & Licensing Requirements
