What your new challenge will look like- Manage day-to-day financial accounting activities, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes for a US and Brazilian entity- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.- Conduct / manage accounts payable process (recording and processing of incoming invoices).- Conduct / manage accounts receivable process (ensure timely processing and preparation of outgoing invoices including debtor management).- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.- Process travel and other related expenses.- Manage banking and cash flows.- Collaborate with external tax advisors in the preparation of tax returns.- Support the budgeting and forecasting process, providing financial data and analysis.- Implement and maintain financial controls and processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.- Stay updated on industry trends, accounting regulations, and best practices
Why you belong at 4flow- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or in a similar role.- Work experience in an international environment and for international companies; strong English abilities are a must.- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Workday) and MS Excel.- High attention to detail and accuracy.
