We strive to recruit the best person for the job, valuing diversity as a source of strength building high-performing teams.Key Responsibilities:Process vendor invoices and credit notes with high accuracy and efficiency.Review, analyze, and report on invoice and claim discrepancies.Implement business changes according to plans.Drive cost transparency, audit, and evaluation, and ensure accurate cost data.Verify invoices and ensure accurate cost booking.Establish and track relevant financial metrics.Proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential financial risks with stakeholders.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet local, global, and legal requirements.Participate in and support improvement projects.Achieve agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators results.Manage data requests, assess impact, and follow up on resolutions.Who we are looking for:We are seeking a highly qualified colleague with:A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in accounting roles.Proficiency in English (Basic to Intermediate).Prior experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a plus.Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders via email, phone, and other channels.Strong personal attributes, including confidence and the ability to work collaboratively as part of our team.Join Our Team:If you're excited about this opportunity, we're glad to hear it!
