What you will do At the Agile Chapter you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. As an Enterprise Agile Coach, you will lead Volvo through its Agile transformation and the adoption of product thinking. You will mentor leaders, coach teams, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will implement Agile practices, provide strategic guidance to ensure alignment with business objectives, and facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive the transformation across all levels of the enterprise. In addition, you will define & enhance standards, methods, tools, and success metrics in collaboration with the rest of the Agile Chapter. You will also contribute to the global Volvo Group network of Agile coaches, facilitating the growth of the agile community. Do you dream big? We do too, and we are excited to grow together. In this role, you will bring: A proven track record of implementing Agile methodologies effectively across diverse work cultures and environments. A solid background in product ownership or product management, with an understanding of the product-centric mindset. Proficiency in change management, helping navigate cultural shifts and organizational adoption of Agile. Strong coaching and mentoring skills for leaders, product managers, and scrum masters. Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of inspiring and driving change at all levels of the organization through strong relationship building. Proficiency in designing and facilitating engaging in-person and virtual training sessions and workshops. The ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization—from product teams to executive leadership. A passion for driving continuous improvement and creating a culture of learning and adaptability. Strategic vision and business acumen to align Agile initiatives with business outcomes. IT experience and knowledge of software development lifecycles and methodologies (advantageous but not mandatory). Education required You are fluent in both Portuguese and English. Bachelor's or master's degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Agile certifications such as Scrum Master (CSM) or Product Owner (CSPO) are a plus.
