We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Developer/Expert to join our team and lead our artificial intelligence initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, with a proven track record of developing and implementing AI solutions in real-world applications.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement advanced AI and machine learning modelsLead AI projects from conception to deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverablesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systemsConduct research on state-of-the-art AI techniques and technologiesMentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of our AI capabilitiesDevelop and maintain AI infrastructure and data pipelinesOptimize AI models for performance and scalabilityContribute to the company's AI strategy and visionCommunicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersRequirements:Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML developmentStrong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or KerasExpertise in developing and deploying machine learning models, including deep learning architecturesExperience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer visionSolid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principlesFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI/ML servicesExperience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication skills in English, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and lead projects in a remote environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience with reinforcement learning and generative AI modelsKnowledge of MLOps practices and toolsFamiliarity with AI ethics and responsible AI developmentPublications in AI/ML conferences or journalsExperience in a consulting or client-facing roleAbout us:Bydrec, Inc. is a California-based employer company matching top Tech talent from Latin America to U.S. companies looking to augment their Tech teams.
