Senior Ai Machine Learning Engineer - Remote - Latin America

The Position:We're looking to hire a Senior AI Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:Team Augmentation: You will integrate yourself directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.What We're Looking For:5+ years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer with strong knowledge of AI.Design, develop, and test machine learning algorithms and models.Knowledge of LLM.Familiarity with GenAI.Analyze and interpret large amounts of data to identify patterns and trends.Implement and optimize models in production environments.Develop and maintain documentation on machine learning models and processes.Identify and address issues that may arise during development and deployment.Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.Experience with data analysis and visualization tools like Pandas, NumPy, or Matplotlib.Knowledge of statistical modeling and inference techniques.Advanced English is required.Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.Forensic attention to detail.A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.What We Offer:Competitive pay in your local currency100% remote workThe ability to work with leading startups and Fortune 500 companiesEnglish ClassesVirtual company events each monthAmple opportunity for career advancementContinuing education opportunitiesDepending on your location other benefits may applyFullStack is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
