North America (NAR) Analytics and Experimentation Team - supporting NAR E-Commerce group (site development, merchandising, branding, growth marketing/media, and post-purchase operations).This role in summaryIn this role, you'll build on a strong operational reporting program and take it to the next level.
This includes improved relevance of our tools and reports to day-to-day stakeholder needs; better awareness, documentation and organization; and evolving our program to meet the higher data maturity of our supported teams.Your responsibilities will includeOversee/direct small contract team performing Tableau and Google Sheets Dashboard Development and Data extract, transform, and load (ETL) efforts.Understand and implement the requirements of multiple stakeholders to ensure that our reporting and tools work to benefit most users.Connect our BI efforts and IT and other company functions doing similar work.Arrange priorities, requirements, roadmap, organization, and documentation of our data infrastructure and visualization.Manage/architect our data sources and feeds in Cloud databases - Redshift/AWS/GCP, etc.
