Job Title: Senior Analyst - Integration & Analytics Squad Location: Fully Remote Job Overview As a Senior Analyst in Adasight's Implementation & Analytics Squad, you'll play a vital role in helping clients build and optimize their analytics infrastructure. This role combines strategic advising with hands-on implementation, ensuring clients gain accurate data tracking, actionable insights, and a better understanding of user journeys. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams, guiding them through technical setups and delivering the insights needed to drive business growth. Responsibilities Review the client's product to prepare key business questions that need to be answered. Identify and document key user journey funnels within clients' products. Prepare a structured tracking plan to enable tracking of key funnels and to address essential business questions. Support the client's engineering team in accurate tracking implementation. Conduct audits of the analytics implementation to ensure accuracy. Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor key funnels and answer business questions. Implement best practices in data governance to maintain high data trust. Assist clients with troubleshooting tracking implementation issues. Manage cross-platform data integration to support data reporting use cases. Ensure adoption of the latest functionality releases in both new and ongoing client implementations. Centralize client information and standardize the client data schema. Ideal Candidate Profile Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, or PostHog). Experience preparing tracking plans for both B2C and B2B products. Proficient with marketing attribution tools (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer). Knowledge of advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads). Skilled in integrating cross-platform tools to support client data use cases. Ability to create clear and comprehensive reports to address business questions. Capable of translating client requirements into actionable implementation plans. Strong ability to understand client questions and frame them into data use cases for analysis. Proficient in managing complex operational environments. Familiarity with basic data engineering concepts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration. 5 years of experience in the data analytics field.
